Two Fly/Cruise Free From Nassau – European Residents

This Two Fly/Cruise Free offer is bookable either by i) participating European tour operators; or ii) European tour operators via Majestic Holidays. The details are as follows:

Promotional Offer: Book an air/ferry-inclusive vacation for 4 – 6 consecutive nights at a participating hotel (single or double occupancy) and get one free R/T airline/ferry ticket from Nassau; book an air/ferry-inclusive vacation for 7 consecutive nights at a participating hotel and get two free R/T airline/ferry tickets from Nassau.

Booking Window: July 1st, 2018 – June 30th, 2019.

Travel Period: July 1st, 2018 – October 31st, 2019.

Blackout Dates: None.

Terms & Conditions:

The 4 – 6 night Fly/Cruise Free offer is based on single or double occupancy bookings.

Limit of one Fly/Cruise Free or two Fly/Cruise Free offer per booked room; up to two rooms allowed per booking.

Hotel accommodations must be pre-booked/made at least 24-hours before arrival.

Offer valid for new air/ferry-inclusive bookings only.

Free round-trip airfare/ferry tickets only for flights/ferry originating/ending in Nassau.

Passengers must be booked on the same flight/ferry and itinerary.

This offer may not be combined with any other Bahama Out Islands Promotion Board air/ferry credit promotional offer.

Cancellation of hotel booking will result in cancellation of associated airline/ferry tickets.

Offer includes all applicable airline/ferry taxes and fees.

Not valid for group bookings.

This offer is subject to availability and may be changed or cancelled at any time. Other restrictions and limitations may apply.

Booking Reports: At the end of each month during the Booking Window, participating tour operators must complete the BOIPB Booking Report Summary Form (attached) and submit to L’Oreal Sweeting (loreal@boipb.com). This would allow us to monitor our financial exposure on a monthly basis. NOTE: This form is different from the Invoice Form.

Booking, Invoicing and Reimbursement Procedures (to be done by either i) the approved booking European tour operators/O.T.A.s; or ii) Majestic Holidays on behalf of the participating European tour operators):

At the time of booking, deduct the cost of one NAS R/T airline/ferry ticket for 4 – 6-night stays or the cost of two NAS R/T airline/ferry tickets for 7-nights + stays.

At the end of each month, invoice the BOIPB – using the attached BOIPB Invoice Form – for all stays for that past month. Invoices should be sent to Ashnell Missick (Ashnell@boipb.com), with a copy to Kerry Fountain (Kerry@boipb.com), by mid-August – the latest! – for July stays, by mid-September for August stays, etc.

Make and submit, along with monthly reimbursement invoices a copy of each guest’s airline/ferry ticket showing cost of ticket paid.

Invoice BOIPB monthly through the “Travel By Date” of the promotion.

Upon receipt of all invoices, the BOIPB will share the booking information with the relevant hotels for confirmation. Once the hotel confirms the booking, the reimbursement payment will be processed.

The Bahama Out Islands Promotion Board will reimburse the booking tour operator 100% of the invoiced amount based on the approved Terms & Conditions.

All reimbursements will be paid by check and in $US.
