Florida/Bahamas $250 Air/Cruise Ferry Credit – Residents of Europe

This Florida/Bahamas $250 Air/Cruise Ferry Credit for European Residents offer is bookable directly with Majestic Holidays and approved European tour operators or approved European tour operators via Majestic Holidays. The details are as follows:

· Promotional Offer: PRE-BOOK an air/cruise ferry-inclusive vacation from Florida for 4 consecutive nights or longer at any participating Bahama Out Islands Promotion Board member hotel (single or double occupancy) and get up to a $250 Air/Cruise Ferry Credit.

· Booking Window: January 1st – 31st, 2018.

· Travel Period: January 2nd – October 31st, 2018.

· Blackout Dates:

- 3/29th – 4/1st, 2018; and

- 7/4th – 8th, 2018.

Terms & Conditions:

· The Florida/Bahamas $250 Air Credit for European Residents offer is based on single or double occupancy bookings for European Residents only.

· The $250 Cruise Ferry Credit offer is based on double occupancy bookings from Miami; a $125 Cruise Ferry Credit offer applies to single occupancy bookings from Miami. NOTE: This applies to FRS-Caribbean’s MIA/BIM ferry service.

· Hotel accommodations must be pre-booked/made before arrival.

· Limit of one $250 Air/Cruise Ferry Credit offer per booked room (or $125 Cruise Ferry Credit based on single occupancy per pre-booked room); up to two rooms allowed per booking.

· Offer valid for new air/cruise ferry-inclusive bookings only from Florida.

· Passengers must be booked on the same flight/cruise ferry and itinerary.

· This offer may not be combined with any other Bahama Out Islands Promotion Board air/ferry/fee/fuel credit promotional offer.

· Cancellation of hotel booking will result in cancellation of associated airline/cruise ferry credit(s).

· Not valid for group bookings.

· This offer is subject to availability and may be changed or cancelled at any time. Other restrictions and limitations may apply.

Reimbursement Procedures & Required Submissions for Reimbursement:

IF AIR-INCLUSIVE PACKAGE IS PRE-BOOKED BY MAJESTIC HOLIDAYS OR PARTICIPATING TOUR OPERATORS/OTAs:

· At the time of booking, deduct the cost of the Florida/Bahamas $250 Air/Cruise Ferry Credit ($125 Cruise Ferry Credit for single occupancy bookings) for European Residents from the final cost of the air-inclusive package from Florida for stays of 4 consecutive nights or longer.

· At the end of the Booking Window for this promotion please complete the Florida/Bahamas $250 Air/Cruise Ferry Credit for European Residents Production Report Form and submit to L’Oreal Sweeting (loreal@boipb.com). This should list the trip information for each customer booked during the Booking Window for the offer.

· At the end of each month, invoice the BOIPB for all stays for that past month using the BOIPB Invoice Form (Attachment # 2). Invoices should be sent to Ashnell Missick (Ashnell@boipb.com), with a copy to Kerry Fountain (Kerry@boipb.com) by mid-February – the latest! – for January stays, by mid-March for February stays, etc.

· Make and submit, along with monthly reimbursement invoices:

1. A copy of the guest’s valid European passport, which must be in the same name as the travelling party/hotel reservation;

2. A copy of each guest’s Florida/Bahamas airline/ferry ticket showing cost of ticket paid.

· Invoice BOIPB monthly through the “Travel By Date” of the promotion.

· The Bahama Out Islands Promotion Board will reimburse you the Florida/Bahamas $250 Air/Cruise Ferry Credit for European Residents ($125 Cruise Ferry Credit for single occupancy bookings) for each room booked based on the approved Terms & Conditions.
