Ciao Sandra,

in riferimento alla chiusura del Sandals Grande Antigua, ti giro la policy delle riprotezioni, che ti avevo già accennato al telefono ieri.

In allegato la lista delle prenotazioni su cui stiamo lavorando.

“Further to yesterday’s communication with regards to Sandals Grande Antigua Resort & Spa please be advised that this resort will be temporarily closing for maintenance from 20th September until 16th December 2017. Unfortunately some of our mutual clients’ reservation for this resort during these dates will be affected by this closure.

As always we will work with you to secure a suitable alternative holiday for them with Sandals or Beaches Resorts. You may change affected stays 20 September, 2017 – 16 December, 2017 with the following options:

OPTION #1 – Rebook to a different resort for the same travel time.

• Guests have the option of travelling to another Sandals or Beaches Resorts over their originally scheduled dates pending space availability.

• Receive resort accommodations for the same number of days of travel of the original reservation in a comparable room category.

• Sandals Resorts will also cover any airline change fees and any increase in airfare within the same class of service.

OPTION #2 – Rebook to Sandals Grande Antigua for a different travel time.

• Guests that want to reschedule their resort stay for a later date at Sandals Grande Antigua may do so.

• Receive resort accommodations for the same number of days of travel of the original reservation in a comparable room category.

• Travel must complete travel by December 15, 2018 at no additional cost (excluding blackout dates).

• Sandals Resorts will also cover any airline change fees and any increase in airfare within the same class of service.

OPTIONS #3 – Rebook to a different Sandals or Beaches Resort for a different travel time.

• Guest that want to reschedule their resort stay to a different Sandals or Beaches Resort may do so at no additional cost for the resort.

• Receive resort accommodations for the same number of days of travel of the original reservation in a comparable room category.

• Travel must be completed by December 15, 2018 (excluding blackout dates).

• Sandals will also cover any airline change fees and any increase in airfare within the same class of service.

Airfare:

REVISION: If the cost of the change is more than a 200 Euro differential, please contact your Country Manager.

Compensation for relocation:

• Guests with stays of 6 nights or less – one (1) credit night (can be applied to this current* stay or for future stay)

• Guests with stays of 7 - 13 nights – two (2) credit night (can be applied to this current* stay or for future stay)

• Guests with stays of 14 nights or more – three (3) credit night (can be applied to this current* stay or for future stay)

*Note: Please be advised the credit nights can be used for the current stay, only if the guests wants to extend their stay, not to be used to reduce the rate of the current stay.”
