FOR NEW RESERVATIONS:

Please book according to the following schedule and Days of Operation:

MAY – SEPTEMBER: Mondays through Saturdays

OCTOBER: Mondays through Fridays

NOVEMBER – MARCH: Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays

Italian, Spanish and English tours are guaranteed. German tour is on request.

Pick up: around 4:00 am at the Hotel, when located in Midtown Manhattan between 23rd and 60th Street. Exact time to be confirmed the previous day with VOLATOUR office.

Service can be booked only ON REQUEST with tariff available at time for booking with the following Cancellation Policy:

Once confirmed, any cancellation or change of date to the reservation is subject to penalty as follows:

- 100% penalty for cancellations or changes made 14 days or less prior departure

- $100 penalty per person for cancellations or changes made 15 days or more before departure.

Clients late at the pick up or arriving at the airport without passport will be charged the full amount even if they will not be able to leave.

We strongly advise agencies to discourage clients to book any other service for the same day of this trip, as VOLATOUR is not responsible for delayed flights.

In case of flight cancellation due to the airline, passengers will be reprotected on a later flight, according to airline company rules or will return by bus. No refumd will be issued for any unused portion of the flight.
